📦 Made to Order

All of our products are made to order and ship directly from our production partners around the world. This helps us reduce waste and keep our offerings unique and limited.

🚚 Fulfillment & Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days, depending on the item and location of the fulfillment center. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the facility.

🌍 Global Fulfillment

Because our items are produced by trusted partners in multiple countries, items in the same order may ship separately.

🌎 International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary based on destination and customs but generally range from 7–21 business days after fulfillment.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. These fees are not included at checkout and are collected upon delivery by your local postal service or customs agency.

Fans in the EU are welcome to order! All items are made to order and fulfilled by trusted print partners who handle international shipping and customs documentation. For questions or concerns, contact us anytime at orders@theferaltoms.com.

🛑 Address Errors & Returns

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or if it is refused by customs, we can re-ship it once additional shipping fees are covered. Refunds on undeliverable packages will exclude the original shipping cost.

📬 Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
