RETURN & REFUND POLICY

🖤 Made to Order

All of our items are made to order by our production partners, which means we don’t hold inventory and each item is created just for you. For that reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for issues such as incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please email us at orders@theferaltoms.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• A description of the issue
• A clear photo of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as every item is made to order. Please double-check size charts and product details before ordering.

❌ Refunds

Refunds are only issued for:

• Items that are defective or damaged in transit
• Orders canceled before production begins (typically within a few hours of purchase)

If your situation meets these conditions, email us and we’ll take care of it.

📮 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or customs refusal, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are paid.
